What is compounding?

Compounding is a pharmacy process where medications are customized for each patient's needs. While compounded medications are not individually approved by the FDA, they are made using approved ingredients and follow regulated safety protocols.

Can I use my own pharmacy with YupMD?

No. We work exclusively with select partner pharmacies to ensure consistent treatment quality, safety, and shipping logistics. This allows us to monitor fulfillment closely and support you more effectively.

What is your refund policy?

Because our treatments involve prescription medications, all sales are final once a prescription has been issued or shipped. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our team support@yupmd.com for help.

Does YupMD accept insurance?
