When to Take It

  • Timing: Take your dose once daily in the morning, immediately after waking up.
  • Empty Stomach: Make sure your stomach is empty—do not eat, drink, or take any other medications before your dose.

How to Take It

  • Use Water Only: Swallow the tablet whole with no more than 4 ounces (about 120 mL) of plain water.
  • Do Not Alter the Tablet: Do not split, crush, or chew it.
  • Wait to Eat or Drink: After taking the tablet, wait at least 30 minutes before consuming anything else—including food, drinks, or other medications.

What to Avoid

  • Other Liquids: Do not take with anything other than plain water.
  • Food and Medications: Avoid all food, beverages, and oral medications for at least 30 minutes post-dose.
  • Tablet Alteration: Never crush, split, or chew the tablet.
  • Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, skip it and resume your schedule the next day. Do not double up.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep in Original Packaging: Store tablets in the original bottle with the cap tightly closed.
  • Temperature: Store at room temperature between 68°F and 77°F (20°C to 25°C).
  • Avoid Pill Organizers: Do not transfer tablets to alternate containers.

Additional Tips

  • Be Consistent: Take your tablet at the same time each day.
